本文比较系统地分析国外合作经济历史发展过程,从其有益启示中提出我国合作经济的发展,应顺应商品经济发展的需要,让多性质、多样化合作经济同时并存,让它在有计划商品经济洪流中自然地产生、发展和壮大。我国合作经济发展的前景要充分发挥地区性合作经济的母体与基础作用,使专业性合作经济与地区性合作经济同步发展。股份制合作经济可以把不同所有制经济溶于一个经济实体之中,又能解决资金短缺难题,是符合我国国情的一种新型合作经济。
