10月30日是第一批创业板企业在深交所挂牌的日子,这离我第一次被深交所派驻到上海做华东地区的工作,已经11个年头。在此期间,我接触了很多的中小企业,怎样与资本市场对接,上市之后怎么办,以及在新的时代下怎样理解创业和创新,都是他们非常关注的问题。我想,不妨从资本市场的监管要求方面提供一些看法和建议。
October 30 is the first batch of GEM companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, which is the first time I was the Shenzhen Stock Exchange stationed in Shanghai to do the work of East China, has 11 years. During this period, I contacted a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises, how to connect with the capital market, what to do after going public, and how to understand entrepreneurship and innovation under a new era are all issues of great concern to them. I think we might as well provide some opinions and suggestions on the regulatory requirements of the capital market.
