目的对延胡索的生物碱类成分及其醌还原酶(QR)诱导活性进行系统研究。方法运用色谱学和波谱学方法分离鉴定了9个化合物的结构,并对分离得到的化合物单体进行QR诱导活性测定。结果从该植物中分得9个化合物,分别鉴定为d-紫堇碱(Ⅰ)、去氢海罂粟碱(Ⅱ)、四氢巴马汀(Ⅲ)、原阿片碱(Ⅳ)、α-别隐品碱(Ⅴ)、四氢非洲防己碱(Ⅵ)、去氢紫堇碱(Ⅶ)、小檗碱(Ⅷ)、巴马汀(Ⅸ)。QR诱导活性筛选结果表明d-紫堇碱(Ⅰ)和四氢非洲防己碱(Ⅵ)显示了一定的QR诱导活性。结论首次对延胡索中的生物碱单体进行了QR诱导活性测定,考察结果具有实际指导意义。
OBJECTIVE To study the alkaloid constituents and the activity of quinone reductase (QR) induction of Corydalis yanhusuo. Methods The structures of nine compounds were isolated and identified by means of chromatography and spectroscopy. The isolated compounds were assayed for QR-inducing activity. Results Nine compounds were isolated from this plant and identified as d-corydaline (Ⅰ), norparaben (Ⅱ), tetrahydropalmatine (Ⅲ), protopine (Ⅳ) Do not hidden alkali (Ⅴ), tetrahydro tetrandrine (Ⅵ), corydaline (Ⅶ), berberine (Ⅷ), palmatine (Ⅸ). QR-induced activity screening results showed that d-corydaline (I) and tetrandrine (Ⅵ) showed some QR-inducing activity. Conclusion For the first time, the QR-induced activity of alkaloid monomer in Corydalis yanhusuo was determined. The results of the study are of practical significance.
