随着人事制度改革的不断深入,如何切实有效地培养优秀年轻干部,既成为各级领导部门的重大课题,也成为困扰大家的难题。青川县连续7年坚持把县级机关的116名年轻干部置于艰苦的岗位和环境锻炼,促其成才,收到了良好效果。如今,这些年轻干部中不仅大部分担任了县级各部门的中层干部,而且有3人进入了县级领导班子……青川县的这一经验给我们提供了有益的启示。
With the continuous deepening of the personnel system reform, how to effectively and effectively train excellent young cadres has not only become a major issue for the leading departments at all levels, but has also become a problem that plagues everybody. For the seventh consecutive year, Qingchuan County persisted in putting 116 young cadres at the county-level organs into hard positions and environmental training, promoting its success and receiving good results.
