根据党的十八大提出全面建成小康社会的发展目标,自治区提出到2020年新疆城乡居民人均收入翻一番半左右,并确保与全国同步实现全面建成小康社会的宏伟奋斗目标。本文从国民经济核算体系下的账户关系切入,找出城乡居民收入与人均GDP间的逻辑关系,并对我区的小康目标作预测估计及可行性验证。最后,从提升居民消费能力拉动经济持续增长的角度,分析了增加城乡居民收入的具体路径。
According to the Party’s 18th CPC National Congress’s goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the autonomous region proposes that by 2020, the per capita income of urban and rural residents in Xinjiang will double or so and ensure the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way with the whole country. This paper analyzes the relationship between the income of the urban and rural residents and the GDP per capita according to the account relationship under the national economic accounting system and makes a forecast and feasibility study on the target of well-off society in our district. Finally, from the perspective of enhancing the consumption capacity of residents and stimulating the sustained economic growth, the paper analyzes the specific ways to increase the income of urban and rural residents.
