西安市地铁2号线运营前集中空调系统微生物污染状况

[目的]掌握西安市地铁2号线运营前集中空调通风系统的微生物污染状况,为地铁的环境监测提供基线数据。[方法]对西安市16个地铁站点站台、站厅层的空调通风系统进行监测,每个站点连续监测3d,每天上、下午各1次。监测项目包括空调送风及风管内表面的菌落总数、β-溶血性链球菌、真菌及空调冷却水、冷凝水的嗜肺军团菌。[结果]检测的16个地铁站空调系统风管内表面及空调送风中的真菌总数合格率分别为44.7%、59.4%;风管内表面及空调送风中的菌落总数合格率分别为100.0%、96.9%;风管内表面及空调送风中未检出β-溶血性链球菌。检测了空调系统冷却水、冷凝水各32份,其中嗜肺军团菌阳性率分别为28.1%、0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。站厅、站台送风中真菌总数均值分别为413、625cfu/m3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);站厅、站台风管内表面真菌总数分别为620、527cfu/m3,差异无统计学意义(P<0.01)。站台、站厅其他检测项目差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]西安市地铁2号线空调系统细菌水平尚可,存在一定程度的真菌污染。建议相关部门加强对地铁站空调系统的监测工作。 [Objective] To master the status of microbial contamination of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system before operation of Xi’an Metro Line 2, and provide baseline data for the environmental monitoring of Metro. [Method] The air-conditioning and ventilation systems of platform and station-hall in 16 metro stations in Xi’an were monitored. Each site was continuously monitored for 3 days, one each in the morning and one in the afternoon. Monitoring items include the air supply air duct and the inner surface of the total number of colonies, β-hemolytic streptococcus, fungi and air-conditioning cooling water, condensate water Legionella pneumophila. [Result] The qualified rates of the total number of fungi in air duct of air-conditioning system in 16 subway stations were 44.7% and 59.4% respectively. The passing rates of the total number of colonies in air duct and air duct were 100.0% 96.9%. No β-hemolytic streptococcus was found on the inner surface of air duct and air-conditioners. A total of 32 air-conditioning system cooling water and condensate water were detected. The positive rates of Legionella pneumophila were 28.1% and 0%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The total number of fungi in station and station was 413,625cfu / m3, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). The total number of fungi on the inner surface of station and station typhoon was 620,527cfu / m3 respectively, with no statistical difference Significance (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in other test items between platform and station hall (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The air condition system of Xi’an Metro Line 2 was acceptable and there was a certain degree of fungal contamination. Relevant departments are advised to step up monitoring of air-conditioning systems at subway stations.
