宫外孕是妇产科常见的急腹症,少数病例因病史不典型及症状和体征出现较晚而造成误诊,尤以右侧输卵管妊娠破裂常被误诊为急性阑尾炎。1985年1月～1993年1月我们共收治误诊患者17例。现就其误诊原因分析如下:
