1.原手柄操控系统不足手柄操控系统广泛应在挖掘机、起重机、旋挖钻机等工程机械的操控系统中。旋挖钻机手柄操控系统多由伺服泵1、伺服电磁阀2、左侧手柄操控阀3、右侧手柄操控阀4和主控制阀5等组成,如图1所示。为了提高工程机械手柄操控系统的安全性,一般在驾驶室座椅靠近门口侧设立1个伺服系统生效控制杆(或称为安全拉杆)。驾驶员扳动安全拉杆时,安全拉杆带动电开关通电、断电,通过拉杆位置的变化来控制伺服电磁阀的开启或关闭,以达到人为控制伺服系统压力油的通断。
