《中华儿女》:建园五十多年来,幼儿园的建设取得了令人瞩目的成就。在这样的成就背后,是什么样的理念在指引您的教育行为呢?高毅:教育是塑造人的事业,所以我坚持认为应该用“以人为本”的理念来领导幼儿园的发展和建设。在幼儿教育中,爱是一切行为的核心,以人为本的理念的核心就是爱的教育,身为教育者要爱生命、爱发展、爱成长。所以,我们的办学思路就是坚持以人为本,始终怀有一颗爱心,立足于本园实际,以贯彻落实《幼儿园教育指导纲要》、《指南》为载体,以教师队伍建设为根本,以不断改善办园条件为保障,以幼儿发展、家长满意
