为贯彻落实栗战书书记和赵克志省长关于“贵州要扩大对外开放,高校要率先”的重要指示精神,强化我省高校开放意识,提高我省高等教育质量,2011年5月贵州省教育厅下发了《关于推进高等院校率先扩大开放加强对外交流与合作的意见(试行)》的文件,要求全省各高校积极主动寻求省外高校对口帮扶,促进自身发展。
In order to implement the spirit of the important directives of Secretary Li Jushou and Governor Zhao Kezhi on “Guizhou should expand opening up and universities take the lead”, strengthen the awareness of higher education in our province and improve the quality of higher education in Guizhou Province, May 2011 Guizhou Provincial Department of Education issued “on the promotion of institutions of higher learning take the lead in expanding opening up and strengthening foreign exchange and cooperation opinions (for trial)”, required all colleges and universities in the province to actively seek counterparts in colleges and universities across the province and promote their own development.
