目的 了解锰对电焊作业工人神经行为功能的影响。方法 随机抽取 4 8名从事电焊作业 1年以上的工人和4 0名无职业危害因素接触史的健康工人为研究对象。测试神经行为功能并对其结果进行相应的统计分析。结果 接触组情感状态、视觉简单反应时、目标追踪、数字跨度、提转捷度及视觉记忆均明显下降 ,且与对照组差异有显著性。结论神经行为功能测试可作为早期检测锰对神经系统影响的一项敏感指标。
Objective To understand the effect of manganese on neurobehavioral function of workers exposed to electric welding. Methods Forty-eight workers who engaged in welding work for more than one year and 40 healthy workers who had no exposure to occupational hazards were randomly selected as the study subjects. Test neurobehavioral function and analyze the results accordingly. Results In the contact group, the state of emotion and visual response were simple, the target tracking, number span, transfer rate and visual memory were significantly decreased, and the difference with the control group was significant. Conclusions Neurobehavioral functional tests can be used as a sensitive indicator of early detection of the effects of manganese on the nervous system.
