1病例报告患者女,81岁。因左颞部无痛性肿块3年余,破溃不愈2个月就诊。3年前,患者无明显诱因下出现左颞部红色丘疹,无痛、不痒,慢性进行性增大,抓之易破,自用消炎药膏后结痂。2个月前皮损部分破溃,未见明显脓性分泌物,在当地医院治疗效果不佳,遂来我院求诊。患者既往健康,否认家族肿瘤病史;体检无异常。皮肤科检查:左侧颞部眉弓外缘见大小
1 case report Patient female, 81 years old. Due to painless lump of the left temporal lobe more than 3 years, ulcer healing 2 months treatment. Three years ago, there was no obvious incentive for patients with left temporal red papules, painless, itch, chronic progressive increase, scratching easily broken, self-scald after anti-inflammatory ointment. Skin lesions 2 months ago ruptured, no clear purulent discharge, poor treatment in the local hospital, then came to our hospital for treatment.
