[Abstract] Objective To investigate the gemcitabine combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and simple radiotherapy for localy advanced non smal cel lung cancer and side reaction.Methods 60 patients with localy advanced non smal cel lung cancer patients randomized, radiotherapy group and combination group, two cases were with 3DCRT program, “,”Objective To investigate the gemcitabine combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and simple radiotherapy for localy advanced non smal cel lung cancer and side reaction.Methods 60 patients with localy advanced non smal cel lung cancer patients randomized, radiotherapy group and combination group, two cases were with 3DCRT program,dose of 60GY, 2GY/, 5 times / week, combined with gemcitabine in the initiation of radiotherapy, 1000mg/m2, d1,8,15, repeated every three weeks.Results combined group and controled group total effective rate were 86.67% and 56.67%, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05): two sets of side effects, patients could endure.Conclusion combination of gemcitabine and radiotherapy compared with radiotherapy alone for localy advanced non smal cel lung cancer curative effect good, does not increase the adverse reaction.
