目的:研究血液标本放置时间对临床生化结果的影响。方法:选取我院2013年8月-2015年8月期间入院接受血液检测的患者140例,对其进行血液样本抽取后,分别进行生化检测,并判断其临床诊断检测结果,分析这其中的影响作用。结果:经检查结果显示,不同时间段的检测结果中,大多数检测数据结果,均产生了变化,且P<0.05,有统计学意义。4h后检测结果中,除碱性磷酸酶与甘油三酯外其他检测结果均存在较大差异,8h检测结果中,除甘油三酯钾离子和γ谷氨酰转肽酶无显著差异外,其他均由显著差异。结论:在进行生化检测时,为保证检测项目的信息精确性,需保证在合理时间段进行血液标本检测,并根据时间检测结果促进在免疫检测系统下的检测项目稳定性分析,从而避免不良检测结果的发生。
Objective: To study the impact of blood sample placement time on clinical biochemical outcome.
