苯中毒是常见的职业中毒之一。本实验在临床针灸治疗的基础上过渡到动物模型。实验共分4组。在染毒制备模型后以针刺或艾灸小鼠“大椎”和“命门”穴,隔日1次,4次为一疗程。实验结果:①染毒组小鼠的白细胞数和骨髓细胞数低于正常组(P<0.01);②针灸治疗组小鼠的白细胞数和骨髓细胞数高于染毒组(P<0.01)且恢复正常。提示针刺或艾灸治疗小鼠苯中毒性白细胞减少是有效的,可为临床治疗提供初步依据。
Benzene poisoning is one of the common occupational poisonings. The experiment in the clinical acupuncture treatment based on the transition to the animal model. The experiment is divided into 4 groups. Acupuncture or moxibustion mouse “Dazhui” and “Ming Men” acupoints were made after the model was prepared by injection, once every other day and 4 times as a course of treatment. The results showed that: (1) The numbers of leukocytes and myeloid cells in the treated group were lower than those in the normal group (P <0.01); ② The numbers of white blood cells and myeloid cells in the acupuncture group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01) Back to normal. Tip acupuncture or moxibustion in mice benzene toxicity leukopenia is effective, and may provide a preliminary basis for clinical treatment.
