文章对股东瑕疵出资的情况进行了分析,着重阐述了股东瑕疵出资股东应承担的民事责任,并对股 东虚假出资、抽逃出资所应承担的民事责任进行了较为祥细的论述。
The article analyzes the situation of shareholder’s defective contribution and emphatically expounds the civil liability that the shareholders should bear on the shareholder with defective investment and makes a more elaborate discussion on the civil liability that the shareholders should assume due to the false investment.
