本文提出了融技能教育、英语基础知识教育、专业教育及文化教育为一体的人才培养模式———四位一体“人才培养模式。论述了”四位一体“人才培养模式的思路以及具体做法:课程设置的改革;课程模式的科学建立;制定切实可行的课程实施方案;重视中西方文化差异、晋城地方文化的输入;建立复合型旅游英语专业教师队伍;改进教学方法手段和技术;积极推进校内外实训基地建设等。
