随着辽宁省产业结构调整和地方经济发展格局的不断变化,高职院校的专业设置也将面临新一轮的战略布局与调整。在对辽宁省高职院校专业设置情况进行数据统计的基础上,发现存在专业布局不合理、专业设置滞后、三产人才供给不平衡等问题,提出高职院校应根据区域经济发展人才的需求,调整专业结构,优化专业布局;打造品牌专业群;建立专业设置调控预警机制。
With the industrial structure adjustment in Liaoning Province and the changing pattern of local economic development, the professional settings of higher vocational colleges will also face a new round of strategic layout and adjustment. On the basis of data statistics of professional setting in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province, we find that there are some problems such as unreasonable professional layout, lagging professional setting and unbalanced supply of tertiary industry. It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should develop talents according to regional economy Demand, adjust the professional structure, optimize the professional layout; build brand professional group; establish professional settings early warning mechanism.
