目前,高职院校培养学生实践能力过程中主要存在五个问题,即重视实践能力培养的整体推进,轻视对实践能力内涵的剖析与理解;重视对国外相关研究成果的借鉴,轻视对国外成果的本土化改造;重视增加实践课时,轻视对实践课程标准的修订;重视人才培养模式中向实践能力倾斜,轻视教育过程中对实践教学内容的改造;重视教师实践教学方法的改革,轻视对学生学习实践课程方法的引导。针对这些问题,本文提出了五个对策,即明晰实践能力的概念,形成实践能力研究的有效方法和科学范式;综合国内外的相关研究成果,构建适合我国国情的学生实践能力培养模式;加强校企合作,针对岗位(群)工作实际,修订实践课程标准;通过明慧知识与默会知识,理论教学与实践教学的有机结合,改造实践教学内容;基于学生的客观实际,创新学生学习实践课程的方法。
At present, there are mainly five problems in cultivating students’practical ability in higher vocational colleges, that is, paying attention to the overall promotion of practical ability training, despising the analysis and understanding of the connotation of practical ability, attaching importance to the reference of foreign related research results and despising the overseas achievements ; Emphasis on adding practical courses, the slightest revision of the practice curriculum standards; emphasis on personnel training mode to practice ability to tilt, neglect of education in the process of reforming the content of practice teaching; emphasis on teachers practice teaching reform, contempt for the students Guide the practice of teaching methods. In view of these problems, this article proposes five countermeasures, namely clarifying the concept of practical ability, forming an effective method and scientific paradigm for the study of practical ability, integrating relevant research results at home and abroad, building a practical ability training model that suits our national conditions, Enterprise cooperation, according to the actual work of post (group), revising the practice curriculum standard; reforming the practice teaching content through the combination of Minghui knowledge and tacit knowledge, theoretical teaching and practice teaching; based on the objective reality of students, innovating the students’ learning practical courses method.
