当前我国政府对于事业单位的考核,没有具体的政策,借用对公务员的考核办法宏观指导事业单位的考核奖惩工作暴露出这样或那样的问题。突破现有考核理念和传统做法的禁锢,建立一套包含考核机构、考核机制、考核指标、考核方法等在内的切实有效的考核制度非常必要。以沧州某职业技术学院为试点,不断学习和借鉴国内外企事业单位的考核经验,摸索出了一套比较成功的考核模式,以期对高职高专的行政管理人员和政府考核奖惩部门的工作人员有所启示和借鉴。
