庆大霉素的全身性中毒作用人所共知,即使结膜下注射也能引起肾变化。局部应用庆大霉素的副作用,有球结膜充血、粘性分泌物、角膜点状染色、中毒性结膜炎,球结膜水肿和眼睑红斑。作者发现局部应用庆大霉素引起若干少见的眼部神经中毒症状。作者报告1例滴用硫酸庆大霉素2天(每2小时一次)后,眼周围皮肤发生异样感觉,眼部感觉刺痛和麻木。停用庆大霉素眼药水症状缓解,再用时症状复现。改用氯霉素眼药水没有发
The general toxic effects of gentamicin are well known, and even subconjunctival injections can cause renal changes. Topical application of gentamicin side effects, with conjunctival hyperemia, viscous secretions, corneal punctate staining, toxic conjunctivitis, conjunctival edema and eyelid erythema. The authors found that topical application of gentamicin causes several rare ocular neurotoxic symptoms. The authors report a case of drops of gentamicin sulfate for 2 days (once every 2 hours), the skin around the eyes felt strange feeling, eye irritation and numbness. Deactivation of gentamicin eye drops relieve symptoms, reappearance of symptoms recurrence. Switch to chloramphenicol eye drops without hair
