制约西部发展的因素是复杂的,其中重要原因之一是城市化水平较低,这导致了西部地区既缺乏承载现代化经济的城市带(群),又缺少产生聚集效应的以大城市为代表的经济核心区。从另一个角度说,差距意味着成长空间。近日,在重庆举行了“首届中国西部(重庆)房地产论坛”,正如一位专程从广西赶来旁听的房地产企业老总所说:“西部广阔的房地产市场太诱人了,让人不能忽视!”虽然与会人士的观点各异,但大家都一致认为:西部房地产业已经迎来了发展的黄金期。
