目前,许多高校的基层资料室都在探索一条新的途径,即使原来简单的资料传递变为有效的情报传递。力图冲破只是借借还还“守摊子”的一般管理工作,多途径地、及时准确地向科研人员和教师提供有效的情报信息,从而起到“参谋”、“耳目”的作用。文摘,索引工作是情报工作的重要手段,搞好文摘、索引工作也是提高情报工作服务效率、服务水平的基本措施之一。
At present, grass-roots reference rooms in many colleges and universities are exploring a new way to turn simple data transmission into effective intelligence delivery. In an attempt to break through the general management work of repaying “defendants”, we can effectively and timely provide scientific researchers and teachers with intelligence information in a multi-pronged approach so as to play a role of “staff officer” and “eye”. Abstracts and indexing work are important means of intelligence work. Improving abstracts and indexing work is also one of the basic measures to improve the efficiency and service level of intelligence service.
