采用 HPL C法 ,用 C1 8柱测定复方地喹氯铵喷雾剂中地喹氯铵和甘草酸的含量。二组分的回收率分别为10 0 .35 %、99.75 % ;RSD分别为 0 .80 %、0 .33%。
The contents of quinolium chloride and glycyrrhizic acid in compound dextromethorphan aerosol sprays were determined by HPL C method with C1 8 column. The recoveries of the two components were 100.35% and 99.75%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.80% and 0.33%, respectively.
