文章对俄罗斯职业教育发展的现状进行了研究,分析了俄罗斯职业教育发展面临的问题与挑战,包括经济结构调整对人才需求的挑战,人口困境对职业教育发展的影响,劳动力市场对高技能人才需求增长,职业学校毕业生就业影响教育需求,进而提出了重构俄罗斯职业教育体系,逐步取消独立初等职业教育层次,增设应用型学士培养计划,创建新的职业教育机构,重建职业教育的社会合作机制。
This paper studies the current situation of the development of Russian vocational education and analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the development of Russian vocational education, including the challenge to the demand for qualified personnel by economic restructuring, the impact of population distress on the development of vocational education, the demand for skilled labor in the labor market The employment of graduates from vocational school affects the demand of education, and then puts forward some suggestions to reconstruct Russia’s vocational education system, to phase out the level of independent primary vocational education step by step, to set up an application-oriented baccalaureate training program, to establish a new vocational education institution and to rebuild the social cooperation mechanism of vocational education .
