2010年6月30日,新疆自治区团校的大会议室里正在举行隆重的颁奖典礼。台上,四名辅导员老师表演的“三句半”引来阵阵掌声和笑声。“少工委组织搞大赛,辅导员纷纷报名来,你唱红歌我跳舞,才能技艺风流数,评委老师是专家,指导引领责任大……”他们讲述的是三天来亲身经历的自治区第三届少先队辅导员技能技巧大赛:精彩的主题演讲、多彩的才艺展示、紧张的情景设计、专家点评后的深刻领悟、顺利晋级后的成功喜悦、答题失误后的伤心沮丧……这一切都构成了辅导员成长道路上难以忘怀的风景。如同新疆这片充满神奇色彩、异域风情的土地,新疆的辅导员们在这次大赛上也展现出独有的风采。他们能歌善舞,能写会画,多才多艺;他们爱孩子,痴迷少先队,忠诚于党的教育事业;他们有着扎实的少先队基本功,不断提高着自己的职业素质;他们以满腔的激情、炙热的情怀,展现了新疆辅导员的职业精神和动人风采。
