目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定消炎止咳合剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用安捷伦(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(48:52:0.2)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长315 nm。结果:黄芩苷在进样量为60.32～754.00 ng范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,样品溶液在12 h内稳定,平均回收率为96.3%,RSD=1.3%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoyan Zhike mixture. Methods: Agilent (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (48:52:0.2) as the mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1, and detection wavelength was 315 nm. RESULTS: The linearity of baicalin was good in the range of 60.32-754.00 ng of sample injection, r=0.9999. The sample solution was stable within 12 h. The average recovery was 96.3%, and the RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate, and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for the preparation.
