事故隐患是客观存在的,不论你是否承认,是否意识到,它都存在于企业的生产全过程,而且对职工的人身安全,国家的财产安全和企业的生存、发展都直接构成威胁。笔者认为:正确认识隐患的特征,对熟悉和掌握隐患产生的原因,及时研究并落实防范对策是十分重要的。下面想就这方面的问题,谈一点粗浅认识。安全工作中出现的事故隐患,通常是指在生产、经营过程中有可能造成人身伤亡或者经济损失的不安全因素,它包含人的不安全因素、物的不安全状态和管理上的缺陷。它具有哪些特征呢?笔者认为,主要的有以下10个方面:

Below to think about this issue, talk a little superficial understanding. The hidden danger of accidents in safety work usually refers to the unsafe factors that may cause personal injury or economic loss during production and operation.
