掘进机截割头运动参数包括截割头转速与进给速度。为使掘进机处于较为理想的截割状态,保证最佳的截割性能,需要使转速与进给速度处于一个合理的匹配关系下。利用截割试验台,将转速分成40,50,60,70rpm,进给速度分为0.4,0.6,0.8,0.9 m/min,对水泥和煤粉配比为1∶3.6的模拟煤岩进行截割试验,利用三向振动传感器、三向力传感器、扭矩传感器,采集截割过程中的数据,利用matlab中DSP工具箱分析信号,通过多目标优化函数进行优化,得到截割转速为70rpm、进给速度为0.4m/min时,试验台截割头截割性能处于最佳状态,为掘进机实际截割操作及掘进机自动化掘进,提供了参考依据。
