国家出入境检验检疫局最近颁布第23号令,自2000年7月1日起施行《出入境检验检疫标志管理办法》。《出入境检验检疫标志管理办法》规定,按照出入境检验检疫法律、法规、规章及有关国际条约、双边规定、检验检疫协议等规定需加施标志的检验检疫局,经检验检疫合格后,由检验检疫地的检验检疫机构监督加施标志,填写《出入境检验检疫标志监督加施记录》,并在检验检疫证书中记录标志编号。检验检疫机构可采取流通领域的监督检查、口岸检查,在生产现场、港口、机场、车站、仓库实施监督抽查等方式对标志使用情况进行监督检查。从7月
