国际市场原油价格不断刷新纪录,油价走高将使我国贸易赤字增大,经济增长放慢,通涨被推高,对宏观调控的负面影响也是显而易见的;高油价也敲响了我国能源安全的警钟,能源安全又是我国经济安全的关键,虽然保证我国的能源安全需要有一个整体性的长期战略规划,但从产业政策和产业发展的角度分析,适度的税收政策也可以在一定程度上减缓我国的石油危机。
