“一带一路”是我国改革进程中具有划时代意义的新战略,开辟了世界范围内比较大的经济合作带,极具经济发展潜力。本文结合大连地区的实际情况,通过对大连信息产业近期的发展情况和优势的深入调研,分析了大连信息产业的发展与“一带一路”战略结合的具体步骤,探寻了其实际意义和策略,以促进大连经济更快更好地向国际化市场迈进,促进更大范围内经济的融合和繁荣。
“The Belt and Road” is a epoch-making new strategy in the process of our country’s reform and has opened up a relatively large economic cooperation zone in the world with great economic development potential. Based on the actual situation in Dalian, through the in-depth investigation of the recent development and advantages of Dalian’s information industry, this paper analyzes the concrete steps of the development of Dalian’s information industry and the strategy of “One Belt and One Road”, and explores its practical significance and tactics So as to promote Dalian’s economy to move faster and better toward the international market and promote the integration and prosperity of the economy in a larger area.
