目的通过设计适合血细胞分析流水线的质控方案,对Sysmex-XN全自动血细胞分析流水线进行实时质控监测。方法使用高、低2个水平Sysmex新鲜全血质控品对每台血细胞分析流水线进行检测,1次/d;使用仪器软件自带的浮动均值法对平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度进行实时监测;使用第三方中水平质控品每天11时和14时各做1次,进行批内质控。结果 Sysmex室内质控、浮动均值法和第三方中水平质控在控时,流水线各台仪器血细胞计数结果可靠。结论 Sysmex室内质控、浮动均值法和第三方中水平质控的联合应用可实时对流水线性能进行观察,提高了流水线血细胞计数结果的可靠性。
Objective To monitor real-time quality control of Sysmex-XN automatic blood cell analysis pipeline by designing a quality control program suitable for the blood cell analysis pipeline. Methods High and low levels of 2 levels of Sysmex fresh whole blood quality control were used to test each blood cell analysis line once per day. The average of red blood cell volume, average erythrocyte hemoglobin, average erythrocyte Hemoglobin concentration for real-time monitoring; the use of third-party control of the level of quality control at 11 o’clock and 14 o’clock each time to do 1, the quality control within the batch. Results Sysmex indoor quality control, the floating average method and third-party control of the level of quality control, the assembly line instrument blood count results are reliable. Conclusion The combination of Sysmex indoor quality control, floating mean method and third-party level control can be used to observe the performance of the pipeline in real time and improve the reliability of the result of the line blood cell count.
