随着经济改革的不断深入和社会科学技术体系的不断发展,我国企业管理体制内部也开展了深刻的经济改革运动,允许民营经济的介入。21世纪,由于全球经济的蓬勃发展和世界格局的变化,导致多种文化观和多元化价值观不断发生着碰撞,华夏民族的“儒家”思想体系和西方世界的“民主”思想产生了交融,对我国国企政工工作造成了较大的影响。在现阶段,国企政治思想教育工作者在推行政工建设工作时,应该从企业内部管理结构、政治教育水平等自身实际状况出发,展开一系列符合“科学发展观”的思政工作。本文从新时期背景下的国企政工工作出发,提出几点符合我国国情并且利于国有企业政工工作开展的可行性措施。
With the deepening of economic reform and the continuous development of social science and technology system, a profound economic reform movement has also been carried out within the enterprise management system in our country, allowing the intervention of the private economy. In the 21st century, as a result of the vigorous development of the global economy and changes in the world pattern, various cultural values and pluralistic values continue to collide. The “Confucianism” ideology of the Chinese nation and the “democratic” ideology of the Western world are produced The blending has caused a great impact on the work of state-owned enterprises in our country. At the present stage, political and ideological educators in state-owned enterprises should carry out the work of political work construction from the actual situation of their own internal management structure and level of political education. They should start a series of ideological and political work in line with the concept of scientific development. Based on the work of state-owned enterprises in the new era, this paper puts forward some feasible measures in line with China’s national conditions and conducive to the development of state-owned enterprises.
