在建船舶抵押登记由于相关规定不够明确,成为船舶登记中较模糊复杂的工作,但与航运造船业的发展又相当密切。文章从在建船舶抵押登记的相关法规出发,分析了该登记可能存在的工作疑虑,然后分析该登记的工作现状,最后对在建船舶抵押登记的做法提出建议。
Registration of vessels under construction as the relevant provisions of the registration is not clear enough to become a vague and complex work in the registration of ships, but with the development of shipping shipbuilding industry is very close. Based on the relevant laws and regulations concerning the registration of ship mortgage under construction, the article analyzes possible doubts about the registration, and then analyzes the status quo of the registration.
