社会存在决定社会意识。要探讨职工目前在思想取向和价值观念上的表现及其特点,就不能忽视对于其所处社会历史背景的考察.我国目前正处于这样一个历史阶段,就社会的经济体制说来,当前的中国,既已不是完整的高度集中的计划经济体制,也还不是完整的机制健全的市场经济体制.在这个时期,计划经济体制虽已残缺不全,但仍顽强存在,而市场经济体制虽已逐步建立,但仍不够完善.因此,“在社会主义市场经济条件下”这一提法至少目前还缺乏足够准确的现实感.因为,在这个两种经济体制此消彼长的过渡时期,就时间概念上来说也不会是一个相当短暂的历史阶段.这
