对复合材料固化过程的监控一直是复合材料研究生产中的一个重要环节,固化过头与固化不足都会严重影响复合材料的力学性能与热物理性能,造成复合材料构件报废。因此,对复合材料固化监控是确保复合材料构件质量的关键,国外对复合材料固化监控一直给予高度重视,近年来,并研制生产了利用“介电性能”和“超声衰减”等技术对复合材料的固化进行在位监控,并取得一定成效。
The monitoring of the curing process of composite materials has been an important link in the research and production of composite materials. Over-curing and insufficient curing will seriously affect the mechanical properties and thermophysical properties of composite materials, resulting in scrapped composite components. In recent years, we have developed and manufactured the composite materials using “dielectric properties” and “ultrasonic attenuation” The curing in place monitoring, and achieved some success.
