在我国,超市的农产品经营已经有了一定程度的发展,特别是在一些大中型城市中发展较为迅速。但是,现阶段仍然处于一种与农贸市场相互竞争的阶段,在这种激烈的相互竞争中,价格因素仍然是决定二者之间谁会处在有利位置的决定性因素。超市和农贸市场农产品经营二者之间的市场竞争环境又不尽相同,因此,其相互之间的价格形成特征又有着本质的不同。通常超市农产品的价格主要受到经营目标、定位、策略等条件的影响,但是农贸市场农产品价格主要由批发价格、经营利润以及整体农贸市场的供求平衡来决定价格的走势。
In our country, the management of agricultural products in supermarkets has been developed to a certain extent, especially in some large and medium-sized cities. However, at this stage, it is still in a phase of competition with the farmers’ markets. In such intense competition, the price factor remains the decisive factor in determining who will be in a good position. The environment for market competition between the supermarket and the farmers’ market is not the same. Therefore, the price formation characteristics of each other are different in essence. Generally, the prices of agricultural products in supermarkets are mainly affected by the operating objectives, positioning and tactics. However, the prices of agricultural products in the farmer’s market mainly depend on the wholesale prices, operating profits and the balance between supply and demand in the overall farmer’s market to determine the price trend.
