据美国消防协会消防研究基地负责人里克先生介绍,美国水、泡两用水喷淋国际研究项目已完成第一阶段的系列试验,全部试验工作由麻省的工厂联合研究所承担。
According to Rick Fire, head of the Fire Protection Research Foundation of the United States Fire Protection Association, the first international series of tests on water and bubble water has been completed in the United States. All the experimental work was undertaken by the Massachusetts Institute of Plant Research.
