本文总结了目前BIM应用的4种主要模式:设计主导模式、施工主导模式、业主主导模式和咨询主导模式,并用社会网络分析的方法从各参与方之间的合同关系、BIM协同关系和从属包含关系的角度对比分析了4种模式,得到不同实施模式中组织结构的社会性特征。进一步从BIM应用程度、初始应用成本、各方协同程度、业主感知受益程度和业主BIM能力要求5个方面综合比较了4种模式,并根据业主BIM能力和项目特点提出了4种模式的适用情形,为业主选择BIM应用模式提供参考。
This article summarizes the four main modes of BIM application at present: design dominance mode, construction dominance mode, owner dominance mode and consulting dominance mode, and use the method of social network analysis from the contractual relations among the parties, the BIM collaborative relationship and the slave containment The relationship between the four comparative analysis of the model to get the organizational structure of different implementation modes of social characteristics. Four models were further compared in terms of BIM application level, initial application cost, degree of coordination among all parties, owner perceived benefit level and owner BIM capability requirement. Four modes were also proposed according to the BIM capability and project characteristics of the owner , For the owners to choose BIM application model to provide a reference.
