研究了Sc、Zr联合作用对Al-Si合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Sc加入到Al-Si合金中后,不仅能够有效地细化共晶团并析出弥散强化相,同时Sc能够参与到高温AlCuNi相的形成过程中,进而影响其形态及分布。因此,Sc的加入能够有效地改善Al-Si合金的硬度及抗拉强度,特别是其高温抗拉强度。Zr与Sc的添加强化了Sc细化共晶团的作用,减少了含Sc粒子析出所需的Sc含量,从而使Sc参与到更多AlCuNi相的形成过程。
The effects of the combined action of Sc and Zr on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si alloy were studied. The results show that Sc addition to the Al-Si alloy can not only effectively refine the eutectic grains and precipitate the dispersion strengthening phases, but also participate in the formation of the high-temperature AlCuNi phase and thus affect the morphology and distribution. Therefore, the addition of Sc can effectively improve the hardness and tensile strength of Al-Si alloy, especially its high temperature tensile strength. The addition of Zr and Sc strengthens the effect of Sc refinement eutectic and reduces the amount of Sc required for the precipitation of Sc-containing particles, thus allowing Sc to participate in the formation of more AlCuNi phases.
