作者对几种球铁与中碳钢的耐磨料磨损抗力进行了对比试验,分别观察和测量了它们的金相组织、显微硬度和宏观硬度.并在本文中对球铁与中碳钢之间在金相组织、显微硬度和宏观硬度方面所存在的差异及其对耐磨损抗力的影响进行了论述.试验结果表明:铸态球铁的耐磨损抗力与铸态中碳钢相当或略有提高;正火球铁耐磨损抗力比正火中碳钢有较明显提高;等温淬火球铁的耐磨损抗力比正火球铁又进一步提高.结论认为:可以采用正火球铁或等温淬火球铁代替中碳钢来制造承受磨料磨损的零件.
The authors compared the wear resistance of several kinds of ductile iron and medium carbon steel in abrasion resistance, and observed and measured the microstructure, microhardness and macroscopic hardness of ductile iron and medium carbon steel respectively. The differences in the microstructure, microhardness and macrohardness and their impact on the wear resistance are discussed.Experimental results show that the wear resistance of as-cast ductile iron and the as-cast medium carbon steel Fair or slightly improved; normalized ductile iron wear resistance than normalizing carbon steel has significantly improved; isothermal quenched ductile iron resistance than normalized ductile iron and then further increased.Conclusion: You can use normalized ductile iron or Austempered ductile iron instead of carbon steel to bear the abrasive wear parts.
