人文素养中的“人文”指的是人文科学,例如文学、哲学、历史、法学等,“素养”指的是人文学科的知识水平和人文科学体现出来的以人为对象、以人为中心的精神境界。也就是说,它包括人文知识和人文精神两方面,而人文精神是人文素养的精髓。其核心内容是对人的生存、价值、感受、尊严的关怀。对于职校生而言,人文素养和职业能力就像鸟的两翼,缺一不可。
