我国环境相关立法的发展与完善,对于从国家强制力以及法律层面对环境生态保护作出科学且具有强制力的引导、规范具有重要意义,也可以更加有效的制止与制裁破坏环境的违法行为,本文就将对我国环境法立法体系的相关问题进行分析和讨论,分析其存在的不足,并对这一立法体系的未来发展提出展望。
The development and improvement of environmental legislation in our country is of great significance to guide and standardize the environmental protection from the national coercion and legal aspects and to stop and sanction the destruction of the environment more effectively. It will analyze and discuss the related issues of the legislative system of environmental law in our country, analyze the existing problems and put forward the prospect of the future development of this legislative system.
