本实验采用免疫组织化学法 (ＳＰ法 ) ,对 1990～ 1994年在我科行根治性手术的ＤｕｋｅｓＢ期结肠癌病人 84例进行了回顾性研究。1 资料与方法全组男 46例 ,女 38例。中位年龄 6 8岁 (39～ 89岁 )。病理类型 :高分化 30例 ,低分化 2 8例 ,未分化 2 6例。在随访期中位期 30个月
This experiment used immunohistochemical method (SP method) to retrospectively study 84 cases of Dukes B colon cancer patients undergoing radical surgery in our department from 1990 to 1994. 1 Materials and Methods There were 46 males and 38 females in the whole group.
