研究了急冷快淬制备工艺对Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag合金微观组织与熔化特性的影响。结果表明:急冷快淬工艺能够显著改善Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag合金的成分偏析并细化组织,合金中的富Ag相以极细小颗粒状分布于共晶区域的Sn基体中;在急冷态Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag合金熔化过程中,富Ag相的析出与反应相变导致合金熔化区间的变化不明显。
The effects of rapid quenching and rapid quenching process on the microstructure and melting properties of Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag alloy were investigated. The results show that the rapid quenching and rapid quenching process can significantly improve the composition segregation and refinement of Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag alloy. The Ag-rich phase in the alloy is distributed in the eutectic Sn matrix with very fine particles. In the quenched Sn During the melting process of -9Zn-0.5Ag alloy, the precipitation of the Ag-rich phase and the transformation of the reaction lead to no obvious change in the melting range of the alloy.
