通过室内瓶培养试验,研究了不同浓度(0.3、3、30μgkg-1干土)乙草胺对土壤呼吸、土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌数量的影响,结果表明乙草胺在培养初期促进土壤呼吸强度,之后土壤呼吸强度恢复到对照水平,甚至有降低的趋势;对细菌数量有先增长后抑制的趋势;对放线菌数量具有促进-抑制-恢复的趋势;对土壤真菌数量具有先抑制-恢复-促进的趋势。其研究结果为合理施用乙草胺提供理论依据。
Effects of acetochlor at different concentrations (0.3, 3 and 30μgkg-1 dry soil) on soil respiration, soil bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi were studied by laboratory culture flask experiments. The results showed that acetochlor promoted soil Respiration intensity, then the soil respiration intensity returned to the control level, and even decreased; the number of bacteria increased first and then inhibited the trend; actinomyces number has a promotion - inhibition - recovery trend; the number of soil fungi with inhibition - Recovery - the trend of promotion. The results provide a theoretical basis for rational use of acetochlor.
