掐指一算,我已有10年的政工工龄了。苦与乐的10年间,我学到了知识,提高了素质,锻炼了能力,增长了才干,成为了骨干。可谓“十年磨一剑”。 这些年来,不少人对搞政工的抱有偏见。社会上不是流传着这样的顺口溜吗:“十年技术当高工,十年个体成富翁,十年经理做股东,十年政工两手空”。面对这种情况,我自有一定之规,那就是——始终热爱思想政治工作。我还要说的是:十年政工我心不空。 10年间,我虽然没有得到多少物质上的实惠,却得到了丰富
