观察了大鼠胸主动脉内皮剥脱后血浆和胸主动脉丙二醛(MDA)含量及胸主动脉超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化,并研究了运动对MDA和SOD的影响。结果发现:动脉损伤组(ABD)动脉和血浆MDA含量明显较假手术组(SO)高(P<0.01),运动组(ABD+EX)动脉和血浆MDA水平较ABD组明显低(p<0.05),ABD+EX组动脉SOD活性较ABD组明显增强,提示运动增强SOD的活性、减少自由基的生成,这可能是运动防治以动脉内皮损伤和平滑肌细胞增殖为主要特点疾病的机制之一。
The plasma and thoracic aortic malondialdehyde (MDA) content and thoracic aorta superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in rats after endothelium stripping were observed. The effects of exercise on MDA and SOD were also studied. The results showed that the content of MDA in arterial and plasma of arterial injury group (ABD) was significantly higher than that in sham operation group (P <0.01), and the level of MDA in arterial and plasma in ABD + EX group was significantly lower than that in ABD group .05). The activity of SOD in arteries of ABD + EX group was significantly higher than that in ABD group, which suggested that exercise increased SOD activity and reduced the production of free radicals. This may be one of the mechanisms of prevention and treatment of arterial endothelial injury and smooth muscle cell proliferation.
