创新这一推动民族进步的灵魂、国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,从来没有像当代这样被置以如此高的地位、被赋予如此大的重任。十八届五中全会提出的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念中,创新位列首位,成为我国经济社会发展的核心战略。纵观人类发展历史,创新始终是推动一个国家、一个民族向前发展的重要力量,也是推动人类社会向前发展的不竭动力。一个民族要走在时代前列,一刻也不能没有创新思维,一刻也不能停止创新。
Innovation, the soul that promotes the progress of our nation, and the inexhaustible motive force for our country’s prosperity and development, have never been given such an important task as the contemporary ones were so placed. Among the five major development concepts of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, innovation ranks first in the ranks and becomes the core strategy of China’s economic and social development. Throughout the history of human development, innovation has always been an important force for promoting the development of a country and a nation and an inexhaustible motive force for promoting the development of human society. A nation should walk in the forefront of the times, a moment can not be without innovative thinking, a moment can not stop innovation.
